Welcome to the Koompassia mobile application. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, developed and operated by Mizu Health. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App provides structured daily activities designed to help users build discipline, self-awareness, and mental clarity. It includes features such as guided breathing exercises, mindful walking, journaling, AI-generated insights, and more. This App is intended solely for educational and wellness purposes and does not provide clinical or medical advice.

2. Subscription, Pricing & Billing

The App offers subscription-based access with two pricing options:

• Monthly Plan: billed every 30 days.
• Yearly Plan: billed every 365 days.

Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged automatically.

Important:

• All payments are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• We do not store or access your billing information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID account settings.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes.
• Provide accurate information where applicable.
• Refrain from reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing the App’s content or code.
• Understand that use of the App is voluntary and any results may vary per individual.

4. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing distress or have a health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and code in the App may not be copied, modified, or reused without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Subscription errors or billing issues
• Emotional, mental, or physical responses

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the European Union.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Mizu Health collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Koompassia mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited personal data necessary to operate and improve the App:

• Identifiers: Apple ID-linked subscription status, device ID
• Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (e.g. features used, time spent)
• Email: Email address for authentication

We do not store any credit card or billing information. All purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver and maintain App functionality
• To personalize your experience
• To improve performance and feature relevance
• To monitor and analyze usage (anonymous only)
• To notify you of important changes (if opted-in)

3. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with the following services:

• Apple: Subscription and billing
• Firebase: Analytics, crash reports
• OpenAI (optional): If AI-generated feedback is used, anonymized prompts may be sent

4. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to operate and maintain the App, or as required by law. You may request data deletion by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access control protocols to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

• Access or request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for optional communications
• Cancel your subscription at any time via Apple settings

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, such data will be deleted.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy. The current version will always be available in-app and on our website. Continued use constitutes agreement.
